Shipping policy
Most of our products are handmade in small batches. While our soap bars are usually ready to ship, many of our bath, body, and home fragrance products are made to order and require 3–5 business days of processing time before shipment.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or product launches.
Shipping to Canada
Canadian orders are shipped via Chit Chats or Canada Post.
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days after shipment
- Free shipping on Canadian orders over $100 CAD
- Flat rate shipping of $12.95 CAD for orders under $100 CAD
Shipping to the United States
U.S. shipping is temporarily paused while we review our shipping options and customs requirements.
We hope to offer U.S. shipping again in the future, but at this time, we are only accepting orders within Canada.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within Canada.
Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and secure. Soan is not liable for the following:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Packages delivered to an unsafe or unattended location
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- Additional costs related to re-shipping items returned to the sender

Transit Delays & Lost Packages
Once your order has left our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Soan cannot control shipping timelines or guarantee delivery dates.
